What is ProDaC?

ProDaC initiative consists of

• 12 core partners from the European Union (EU)
• currently 33 associated partners from the EU and the rest of the world (you can join as an additional partner!)
  

ProDaC objectives:

• finalize standard formats for Proteomics data (more information: PSI website)
  
• develop conversion tools and integrate standards into products
  
• create standardized workflow to central repository
