ProDaC Public Report - Elaboration of Data Submission Pipeline

ProDaCs work package 5 will establish a standardized data submission pipeline, enabling Proteomics data flow from various sources to the central PRIDE repository. This report summarizess the details of the elaborated pipeline as of June 30th, 2007 and is public for the whole community.

ProDaC Public Report - Definition of a Test Suite

ProDaCs work package 2 defines a test suite enabling schema-validation and checking of standard-compliance of data sets. It consists of a web-based validator and a collection of example XML files. Set-oriented Comparison of Datasets

The deliverable 4.1 of the ProDaC work package “Proteomics Repository Adaptation“ is the technical possibility to compare datasets based on set operations (intersection, union, difference). The functionality is implemented in PRIDE (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/pride). This document gives a short demonstration of what to do for a comparison.
